Every stay at Heron's Nest Sanctuary includes breakfast.

It is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., early enough for guests with a morning tee time.

  2. Fluffy scrambled eggs Served over toast points and topped with a touch of elegant tarragon hollandaise sauce.
  3. Vegetarian omelette Mushrooms, onion, peppers, spinach and feta cheese, served with toast and home fries.
  4. Waffles or French toast Plain or topped with seasonal fruit, lightly dusted in icing sugar, and served with maple syrup.
  5. Breakfast sandwich Fried eggs, English muffin, ham, cheddar cheese, arugula, herb mayo.
  6. Breakfast bowl Greek yogurt, organic granola, chia seeds, seasonal fruits, coconut flakes.
  7. Fresh fruit bowl Melon, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries and oranges.
  8. Tropical protein smoothie Protein, coconut soy, banana, passion fruit, strawberries and mangoes.

With every breakfast

  • Muffins, bagels, and toast with preserves
  • Coffee, tea, milk
  • Orange, apple, or cranberry juice
